New Special Event Registry website

New Special Event Registry website launches October 11!

The Office of Special Events launched the first Event Registration initiative in 2015.

On October 11, we are launching the next generation of that initiative.

The Special Event Registry is more than a form. It’s a way for ASU event coordinators and producers to manage their production information and share with ASU Safety Collaborators.


Features include:

  • My Dashboard - for managing your events
  • Archive of past events
  • Edit submitted event forms
  • Save event forms as drafts
  • Duplicate event forms
  • Redesigned Event Registry form - provides more information; easier navigation
  • Event Profile - all your event info, plus safety notices from the Safety Collaborators
  • Upcoming Events calendar - see other scheduled events - great for planning!
