How to Apply

To apply, create an account on our web site AND submit all application materials by the deadline.

A complete application includes the following:

  • Printed copy of Submission Form from our web site
  • Lists of Academic Achievements, Community Service and Summer Programs
  • Written responses to two (2) essay questions
  • Short Answer Paragraph
  • High school transcript
  • Two (2) recommendations

Applicants are responsible for creating their online account and the submission of all parts of the application packet.

Only applications that include all of the above and are submitted by the deadline will be considered.
