The Cesar E. Chavez Leadership Institute is a high-energy, residential leadership program at Arizona State University for Arizona high school sophomores and juniors. For one week selected students participate in workshops and activities exploring higher education, leadership development and community engagement while living on the ASU campus.

The objectives of this one-of-a-kind experience are to foster academic and personal success, embrace diversity, and reinforce the value and importance of community service and civic engagement - all within a collaborative peer environment.
